Facilitators will actively participate in the immersion process delivered by the “Experience” consultation team. Trainers from your organization will participate in a rigorous 3-day licensing workshop. The session is designed to equip training personnel with the appropriate tools and resources to guide and facilitate the conversation throughout the organization. The workshop is also designed to build confidence with materials that internal staff may not be as familiar with. Upon completion of training, your training personnel will be licensed for 2 years to train on this platform!
