Sara spent 15 years working in higher education, most recently in the Gender Relations Center at the University of Notre Dame. Sara is passionate about equity work that focuses both on individual behaviors and structural systems. She loves strategic planning, policy review, discussing change theories, and planning interactive workshops grounded in Adult Learning Theory.
