Attendees are working to cultivate a cultural shift within their organizations that allows leadership and staff to actively engage in Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion training with the final session focused on implementation. The engagement is a 4-part series with each session approximately 150 minutes in length. The intent of the sessions is to further explore Diversity, Equity and Inclusion and provide tangible tools for implementation within the workplace. Attendees will leave inspired and equipped with additional skills and the understanding to better deal with others in the workplace as it relates to Diversity, Equity and Inclusion.
