This 150-minute workshop is designed to take an in-depth look at one of the bigger misconceptions when dealing with DEI programs, Equity! Many leaders confuse the definitions of equity and equality and use the word interchangeably, and this can cause major confusion amongst the workforce. Attendees will learn the difference between equity and equality and how to apply equity throughout the workforce. If you are ready to explore the differences between equity and equality and apply these principles in your workplace, this class is for you!!

The Experience Architect team has developed 100 videos across three different modules covering Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion, Leadership, and HR/ Management Training to offer asynchronous, micro-learning for your team. These short videos allow for a large impact, in a small amount of time.

This allows you to offer training and development to your entire team, across all roles, shifts, and educational needs. If you already have an LMS platform, we can make videos available for your system. If you do not have an LMS platform, we can host these videos for you and your team.
